Refund Policy for Flex-EV

At Flex-EV, we value our customers and aim to provide clarity regarding our refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds, specifically related to the security amount associated with rentals.
Security Amount Refund Policy

Refund Timing:

The security amount is refundable only after the completion of a 3-month rental period.

Refunds requested before the 3-month period will not be processed.

Eligibility for Refund:

The rental agreement must be honored for the full 3-month period.

Any outstanding dues, damages, or violations of the rental agreement may affect the refund amount.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, you must submit a formal request in person.

Refunds will be processed and credited after the 45-day period and the necessary checks are completed to the original payment method in respective bank account.

Payment Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the security deposit. If this is not possible, alternate arrangements will be discussed.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Security deposits will not be refunded in cases of:

Termination of the rental agreement by the customer before the 3-month period.

Damage to the rented equipment or property exceeding normal wear and tear.

Unresolved outstanding charges or dues.
